My name is Estephanía, although my family and friends affectionately call me “Nía.” My life philosophy is based on working excellently, choosing the best attitude every day, which drives me to go the extra mile, and always looking for a balance between my professional responsibilities, being productive, and having happy habits.
I have lived in 7 cities around the world, where I have accumulated 12 years of experience in architectural and landscape design, 4 years of experience in real estate investment, as well as leadership and finance training.
I genuinely enjoy the construction process of a project, which is why I felt motivated to study Architecture at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago, Dominican Republic. I continued my studies by attaining a master’s in Landscaping at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.
Seeing an architectural project materialize is one of my great passions. I worked for six years supervising the completion of multiple villas in both beach and mountain areas in my native Dominican Republic. Being in direct contact with nature, the sound of waves by the sea, the smell of freshly cut grass, feeling the heat of the sun, and smelling the flowers are some of the things that most captivate my emotions.
As one of the most beautiful experiences I treasure, I would highlight having worked as a gardener’s assistant in Central Park and managing architectural plans to obtain permits for commercial and residential projects in New York City.
My intention in dedicating myself to advising on real estate business is to inspire those who share an interest in investments with me, raising my potential, and develop new skills every day that allows me to guide people to achieve their goals and dreams.
